I haven't, but the topic of riding there came up on a couple other message boards a couple months back. PA is one of the more ATV friendly states whether it be on private or state-owned lands. Mines & Meadows seems like a great place to ride. I'd be down for heading down to ride some weekend. There are quite a few people in western PA and nearby who could be convinced to go, too.
A fall get-together to ride would be great. The Phillipsburg Rodeo is O.K., but there really isn't much "riding" to do.
I just stopped at Mines & Meadows. Met the owner Bob, great guy that loves everything ATV. They have attracted Leo's Argo to use the facility for there big ride this year. It will be held July 28th-31st. You can find info on Leo's ride on his web page Leo's Argo
Information about Mines and Meadows can be found here Mines and Meadows Home ATV UTV dirt bike quad riding trail trails safety mine underground pa camping RV resort membership gift rental I plan on riding there a couple of times this year. Location is about 1 hour from Pittsburgh. 600+ acres and over 70 miles of trails.

One issue for some of us wanting to attend the event is the registration and insurance requirments stipulated in Mines and Meadows' rules and regulations.
I know a lot of folks have met with pretty easy success getting their older AATV registered and insured with different states, but the fact is (agree or not) that in NY, it largely boils down to finding the right person at the right DMV office who will even attempt to help you out if it's anything less than a standard transaction (bill of sale, statement of origin, proof of insurance....)
I don't have any experience with Mines and Meadows, so how strictly they adhere to their own regulations for a large group ride is yet to be seen. I'd love to attend, but if I have to placate NY State in another one of its revenue-grabbing schemes, I may sit at home.
