What size is it?
Your width should be 1 3/16", but I used a 1 1/4" to get a little better low end. For the length, use a sewing tape measure (flexible cloth) and go around the outside.
If you have a briggs engine, it should measure approx 45 1/2". Try http://www.mfgsupply.com/hp3035.html
