Swapping trannys

I have a 2013 hdi and need to change gears.. my question is how long and how difficult is it to remove and re-install this tranny?..

stating the obvious, but maybe clutching mods are an easier option for you? Or even just switch to a machine with the tranny you want. Unless you're going to lose a bunch of money?
