Look on ebay, but if your are getting a new carb, I believe the 16 carb will work and be a nice upgrade for you.

There are some 16hp carbs and intakes on ebay cheap.Look under ebay motors,16hp briggs and stratton.I replaced the carb and intake on a 14 vangaurd with a 16hp and it made a big difference in the power.I'm not sure you have to change the intake but i think there is a difference.It's been a couple of years.
