The white column at the left side has a box at the top that says "edit". You click on that.
The upper left corner of the map has a placemark Icon, click on that.

Would it be doable to have a script that goes through the member list and places all members that have the location entered into their profiles placed on the map?

You could do that.
The Google Map is public. Anyone can edit or change anything. The Map is not owned by Mike, or "us".
It would however be possible to ask out horribly over worked administrator to put his own map on this site....but I doubt it will happen.

Yes, a link to the map locked as the first item in this topic header would be a very nice thing for the site administrator to do in his copious spare time.
