I need a "How to" manual

I bought a MAX IV and found out it had been neglected somewhat. I need a manual to tell how to adjust shift linkages as well as steering and brakes. Just sitting there you'd swear it was nearly new. It's in real good shape but, apparently nobody kept up with wear.
