  • Splined Spockets

    Hi All
If I am unable to remove the set screws on my sprockets I will be cutting them off.( my patience is wearing thin) where is a good place to buy new ones? I am more concerned about quality than cost.. I will be needing the jack shaft on the right side for sure as the #60 sprocket for the center tire is pointed..

    thanks larry

spray with nut buster, let set a day. use left hand drill bit and drill at slow speed, they may screw out as you drill deeper.

Put a heat gun to it so you can heat them up, sometimes there is loctite on these and the heat guns burns that up along with any dirt and sand in the threads.
