I personally helped my friends with the repairs and some of the cob job work that Bob Weaver's dealership did to the used bikes and I was amazed at what was done. And the service department is just as bad, if not worse. I feel I was fortunate because I had a pretty good experience with Bob Weaver. The only hiccup in the process for me was that the wheel extension adapters for the tracks did not come with the machine when I picked it up. This was my first tracked machine and I did not realize they were missing at first. When I went to put the tracks on and realized I did not have them, I called the dealership and they located the parts and gave them to me. Other than that, I only needed to change the fluids because they had not done so. I am glad, in a way, that I ended up doing it so I could make sure I used the correct fluids and the filters I prefer. The only money I have put into the machine is in the cost of fluids and filters....plus an aftermarket hour meter I am installing.
