I am a recent Amphibious owner (Max IV) and am fortunate to have a swamp in my backyard. Since I bought my Max I have had a blast exploring and have tried my best to get the Max stuck in some of the muddy areas around the swamp but have not yet been successful. The muddy areas that I am riding on have never had any other vehicles on them so the only ruts that are there are from me. I think part of the challenge is the vehicle has such a light footprint that it seems to glide over the mud without really sinking in. I know this kind of sounds like a dumb question but any ideas on how to increase the ruts, a shovel maybe? I know I should be carefull what I wish for but I have a winch that I am excited to finally break in... I appreciate any insight.

Get some buddies with SXS's to ride with you. You'll get stuck short, quick, fast and in a hurry. Bottoming out is my biggest problem next to hanging up on a stump now and then.Comment

Talll weeds are my downfall. Soon as I get to floating, I canonly fold down so many weeds before I’m screwed. Tires and snow also don’t get along so well.
Drove through the hills in some hard pack with no problem but felt like I drove into the oak island money pit when it punched through the crust. xDsigpicComment
