99 Vanguard 11 Secondary clutch Removal

I need to take off the secondary clutch to do transmission work. I can't get it to come loose. Is there a puller for this or is it just seized on the shaft? I did take the bolt out of the end and beat on the pulley a little bit with a hammer. Is heat the answer?

u want a puller and some taps with a rubber mallet. spray some fluid it will come loose eventually! careful though
