    The T-20 is a very robust system and damn near bullet proof.. I know several members have pushed the power and running 40+ hp and some 50+ hp motors without any problems. Just make sure it is filled with the correct fluid.. ATF + limited slip additive.

    Are you having issues with the flat twin Briggs? If you do go for an engine swap, I'd recommend a Briggs Vanguard. Just make sure you don't cut/hack the body or engine cover up or you'll kill the value of the machine.
