Hi hydratrek1....great to get to meet and spend a little bit of time with you guys this year...already looking forward to the next event together...if I would have been thinking, we should have put together a group ride or two during the event just for the amphibious ATV's guys ...the number of amphibious machines that are attending this event is really growing and it would be awesome to have a big bunch of amphibious machines parading around the park pulling the 4x4's out of the deep muck...luv'd your machines and hope you all had a safe trip home :-)

Thanks maxrules...for taking time to video a little bit of the fun we had :-) you and the max4 make a really good team and its always fun to watch you pilot the machine through the really hard stuff...after watching the video I think we need to rename the yellow 6x6 to the little bigfoot that could...lol

Thanks for posting up the Video Brandon. As expected the Tracked HDI went anywhere but those small tracked bigfoots continue to amaze me with their capabilities. As Tim's HDI was pulling out that expensive lifted 4x4 it was cool to see that small Bigfoot drive right through the same area without any stress or issues, kinda speaks for itself.

Great video. Looks like you guys had a really good time at this mud event. When the video counter reaches 00:35 you'll see a green Max IV,yellow Argo 6x6 and green Argo 8x8 come into view that some one shot a video of. At 01:30 you see an atv with pontoon tracks on it. This mud event usually attracts a crowd of 15,000-18,000 people each year ,and you can imagine how rutted out and soft the mud is on the trails through the woods.

That looked like Tim and then Brandon in the Argo 8x8 and Max IV at 0:35. I would have come down too if I would have known about this. I have been off the computer for a while and missed the posting.

    Bud

You are correct. Here's another video that shows what you missed at the 2013 Mud Nationals.

You know ...we were actually driving around looking for the showers when we had to stop and ask the front gate attendees where to go, as they stopped the incoming traffic for a second to let us pass through I seriously saw the guy on the passenger side taking video and thought to my self "they are not even riding yet and their already taking video- kinda strange...now that I see this guys video I think it did end up being a pretty neat clip!

Those quads and side by sides with their expensive aftermarket exhausts sound like absolute garbage. That's such an annoying sound and we hear way too much of it at Busco. It's nice when one of those people think their machines can outperform ours and they do something dumb like try and follow us and they hydro-lock their engine. I remember some quad rider said his machine will go anywhere a 6 wheeler can. He followed Robbie with his Max IV in the water. The 6 wheeler went in and came right out, the quad was floating upside down in the water. Robbie was nice enough to pull him out and tow him back to his campsite.

That's good that you guys were able to show these people what a real machine can do. Thanks for the exposure of our hobby and capturing the footage, mudbug.

Tim and his amphib group pulled over 20 four wheelers and side by sides out of the really bad mud sections and then drove right back through the very same bad mud holes that the four wheelers and side by sides got pulled out off. After watching Tim and his amphib group drive through the really bad mud sections, the hard core atv riders and side by side riders with big tires and lift kits on them tried to follow , thinking that these mud sections were'nt that bad, because the 6 wheelers and 8x8 made driving through them look so easy. They soon found out that they were all out classed.
