I know I'm not using the right words but I'm shure you guys that have done this before probably know what I'm talking about. With all this being said and also needing the machine back to work asap, PLEASE GIVE ADVISE.
Post a wanted add on here and ask if anyone has some parts before you spend big money on new stuff.

If you need it quick, your best bet is to just buy new parts. If you can take a few days, post a wanted ad in the classified section for used bands and then send them off and have them relined. You can also see if anyone has a used plunger and gears. If you need to know what to call the parts, look in the how-to section at the T20 rebuild article or in the manuals section at the T20 manual.

Edit: I missed smudvapors post before I replied and basically am saying the same thing.

I'd like to get it quick but 6x6 doesn't have parts in yet because of there merger and Richards says there not answering the phone till Jan 2 they do say go to web page and order but I don't know exactly what I need. I.e.: oversize bands, new style bands, oil seal input and output shaft seals??? Pretty difficult when there's not a lot of places that supply or work on this type of equipment, or maybe I'm just new at this and don't know the right people. We own a specialty company and now I realize what it's like dealing with specialty equipment.
