This was my machine and I put about 400 hours on those tracks.
The Argo with the Escargo tracks , in the video , is your machine ? If so ,, what was your over all opinion of the Escargo tracks ?
I believe that Video was filmed at Blackwater creek in South carolina, thats a hunting club off of exit 42 on I-95. I pass this area almost everyday while I am working and lust looking at all the great places to ride. Mike maybe could make some friends with the people that own this area.

Hey Gearhead,
When you say swamp tracks only, do you mean they are rough riding in other terrain? Inquiring minds want to know...especially after seeing what those tracks are capable of.
The member Y2KADLE has a set and can send you an insightful email
y2kadle@yahoo.com or message about them . He is from Alaska witch is a good indication of the terrain he faces. Muskeg summers and Icy snow winters etc.
Good things I have herd and seen and herd from owners
Is they go threw any type of snow, slush, Ice, Mud, Muskeg etc.
Bad things I have herd
The weigh allot and take away allot of power some may never leave low gear.
Cost allot of money more then standard or super tracks
Some say that they are hard on drive parts, axles and really on work on certain newer and higher models of Argos
Some older threads on them may give you some insight

Why do we waste tax money on bridges and roads when we can all just drive AATVs
I think they are definitely the most capable tracks I have seen...what fascinates me about them is that they work well in the water. Granted you have to have a lot of power...I just wonder how they do at speed, say over 10mph, and on hard packed surfaces.
There is a video on their website of a young boy driving an Argo up a loosely packed sand hill at about a 45 degree angle...crazy!
