I knew nothing about the 6x6 world. I saw an add on Craigslist for a Terra Tiger and while I was waiting for a response from the seller I searched the web and found this site. The seller of the Terra Tiger got back to me and had already sold it so I posted a want add for something to build and my first response was from Lewie. He sold me my first machine. Five years later I have 2 racers , 3 trail machines, and a Gotcha. I ended up building another garage, adding another truck to the fleet, 2 trailers and a pop-up camper; all so I could go racing and riding. I have made friends with just about the greatest group of guys (and gals) that a person could meet and I attribute it all to this web page. Thanks for building this site and thanks to everyone (especially Lewie for selling me the Thunderchief) who has ever chipped in with advice, parts, help in general. I am really having a great time and look forward to many years of fun and friendship.
"Racing is life. Anything that happens before or after is just waiting."
i know for me visiting this site everyday is my closest, thrilling experience next to pulling into '' busco '' for 3 days of playing in the mud with fellow friends who love this sport too !! thanks mike and everyone else........ johnboy va.
Thank you for such a great site. When I first found it I said wow there is other people like me out there. Since then I've met so many great people with the same interests. The knowledge gained from the fine folks on here is priceless. Ive been to a few rides now and had a great time, just wish I wasn't so far away from the group. Happy tenth everyone!
What it lacks in ground clearance it makes up for with traction.
Wow! 10 Years! What an accomplishment! Mike: thanks ever so much for hosting this site. IT IS THE PLACE TO GO for all things AATV and beyond. I am a member of only one other niche site that is equal to this site for member contribution and wealth of information. However, the other site does have 'multiple' admins/moderators. It takes some of the burden off one person, and allows for things such as time off/vacations.
You have much to be proud of Mike. I bought my project Max II on a whim remembering how I coveted 6x6 as a child. After tearing into the machine, I was disheartened. Thanks to this site and all the fine members I gained the knowledge and advice to restore my machine to it's original glory. Here's to many more years and continued growth of the site and the hobby.
Thank you Mike for all the hard work! This website has served as a great resource for information and group events that can't be found anywhere else. I won't admit how many times a day I check the site, always looking at the new posts. Once again thank you from dad and I.
Great job everyone! I know I have not been around much lately as life has gotten sooo busy, but this site and the people here have meant a lot to me over the years. No one could ever ask for a better bunch of people to share a hobby with.
Congratulations, Mike; and thanks so much! It doesn't seem possible that it's been ten years sinc JP got me on tbe phone and told me I had to go to the new website that's "just for us"! Thanks for bringing the hobby together, and for helping to set up a chance for some of us old guys (and girls) and some not so old guys (and girls) to get back on the race track.
Stuck in the seventies- not in the swamp.

Mike, Thank you for your vision and creation of this awesome community. My family would not have and as much fun as we have in the last 6 years with out it. The resources contained here was THE catalyst in the decision to purchase our 2000 Max IV in 2011.
Thank you to everyone that has contributed to making this site amazing!
