It's Matt Oxender. He was trying to sell it quite a while back on attexatvs.com for $1,200 without the original engines and some of the tires missing. He got it from a guy in Tennessee whose step father was a part owner of Attex. The guy still pops up on ebay with some NOS Attex stuff for sale, I believe his user name on ebay is trigreekfatherof2 or something along those lines.

I'm 99% sure my uncle had one of these that basically rotted away. I remember jumping around on it as a kid.
It shouldnt need styrafoam to float! i figured out the bouent force per tire here:

You get about 130 lbs of flotation from each 22X11X8 tire. 130X32 tires means it will float 4160 LBS in the water!!!

According to the factory Attex sales brochure they did have Styrofoam in them as a matter of fact.
