I believe a company called Douglas and also ITP make true beadlock wheels, but Im not 100% certain if they make them in the 5 by 4.5" bolt pattern. I know that they are pretty pricey, but it would be a great idea to run them, especially if you're running super low PSI. Good luck with the search.

If you are up for making your own (I applaud you for your patience if you are), here is a great article on beadlocks. This article mounts a DIY kit from Rockstomper on a full sized wheel but towards the end are some dimensions that can be used to calculate the correct dimensions for our wheels.

There was one atv with a 5 lug bolt pattern, the lt500 quadzilla by suzuki. I have a hub out in the shop, im gonna see what the bolt pattern is.
I measured the hub and it looks like its a no-go. It appears to be a 5-5" pattern. When I get my hustler I will take a rim off and see how close it is.
I can say almost 100% certain, that the Hustler, along with just about every AATV such as Max, Attex, Argo, and just about every other machine out there on 5 lug rims uses a 5x4.5" bolt pattern. I dont think too many 4 wheelers share that bolt pattern unfortunately, which makes it difficult for us to get aftermarket rims.

The only atv made with a 5 lug bolt pattern is the quadzilla. I am not sure hwo to measure a 5 lug pattern.
I think that single beadlock are not all that great. You should try to find some double beadlocks. I had single bead locks on my mud truck and lost a inside bead. Now I have double beadlocks on it and its imposable to lose a bead now.
So you are saying go with double beadlocks?
