    Rough ride with tracks

Hello there, hopefully someone can help. I have a 1981 argoHTB eight wheeler. I finished rebuilding and put on a set of plastic track for the first time. It turns out to be a very bumpy ride even on a flat surface, it does have ice cleats but it should not be that rough also my tires are almost brand new runamucks, so my questions are:
    1) do I flip tires around so tire tread is not grabbing so hard?
2)how much track sag should I have?
    3)any body have any ideas?
4)how many track segments should there be?
    Thanks

How much air pressure are you running and how many segments do you have in the track currently?

My new beer holder spilled some on the trails - in it's hair and down it's throat.
    Joe Camel never does that.

Advice is free, it's the application that costs.

-I have 36 links and one half link with about 3.5” Of track sag measured down from the two middle wheels.
-air pressure Is at 3-6-6-5 from front to back.

Fist Try 35-1\2 with 3.5,3,3,3, it still loose Try 35 segments with 3.5,3,3,3, if track noticeably sags on top try 34-1/2 but maybe post picture first. Worn pins and hinges will lengthen track.
You should have to let the air out of front and rear and pull track together to get the pin
    in.

More than 5 pounds in a Runamuck for any time length will stretch the tire beyond return.
