I'd be more worried as to why a machine with only 29 hours needs fine tuning, a new electrical system, and new tires. 29 hours... my Kubota RTV with 500 hours still has original tires, original wiring, and doesn't need anything but diesel added when we run it out. that's my $.02 worth
