Four Argo's and a Dog crossing a swollen creek. Only the Avenger and the dog never needed any help, but it was a close thing with the Avenger. That is one smart pup, he wanted to follow his master Soooo Bad, but he never went till he was called. The second two Argo's crossed the day after the first ones.
Normally we could walk across here at this time of year with running shoes on and not get wet
Hey Mike,
The first 2 Argos had winch lines long enough to reach the far bank, and are hard to see. The Avenger went for it without any line across, and I would have made it without the line but better safe than bobbing down the creek, it was really deep just downstream of the crossing.
The dog?....... well that's his choice, he doesn't like to ride. All that little bugger wants to do is run with the machines all day, he easily puts on twice the miles we do. Awesome little pup, I wish he was mine.
Yeah, I saw that dog in another one of your videos and thought that was pretty cool. As for the line and winch lines, I don't blame you. I think that is the fastest water that I have seen a AATV go through. I probably wouldn't have wanted to try it even with the line.
Doc it looks like you live and adventurous life. I can't believe that Avenger was able to cross that steam with out the help of a winch or that the pilot was even willing to try! WOW!
