THANKS for all the help I found that the heating element was not connected to the wire inside the casing I took it apart and connected it and it works now I know it was brand new but it was already broke so I figured I might as well take it apart plus I did not feel like taking it back out and boxing it and sending it back to max6x6.com anyway THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP!
