    reinforcememt kit for t20

Does anyone have pics of this kit installed on a Max iv. I've recently noticed less chain adjustment on rear sprocket. Thinking holes are becoming out of round on transmission. In the PDF of the transmission kit are: the t20 front brace ,center tube frame support, and lock plate brace pictures to size.

This is a pic of a frame with kit welded in. The tabs on the factory parts fit into cut outs in the frame during fabrication. They usually have to be removed and fit to each older frame. patb69 has some pics of his frame.

I was wondering if the pictures were scaled to size. I believe I read that this kit is no longer available and I may have to fabricate my own. What gage steel are the braces made from I was thinking 1/4 in. The pictures I,m referring to are the ones without measurements. Thanks for the reply and picture msafi65.

All but the parts that fit in by adjuster bolts are 11 guage approximately .125 ". I'm planning to have some cut in the future. Contact patb69 to see if he has a copy of the parts drawings. He had a couple sets copied from my last kit. If you have a couple weeks I can mail you a tracing of the parts.

Msaf65, not sure if you got the message I sent yesterday but I would appreciate if you could send me the tracings.

msafi65 , I also have begun the process of rebuilding a early 80s max4 and would greatly appreciate the tracings for the frame reinforcements .

    Thanks,
