For any disabled veterans here, I heard about a program recently that will buy a tracked wheelchair for any disabled veteran who wants one. I was told that they have way more money than demand right now. I don't know if there are any restrictions on when you served or anything else to qualify but I could ask the person who told me about it if someone is interested in following up.
